Return Eligibility

In original packaging with all accessories/manuals included
Free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival:

Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged by improper use or customer mishandling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged on arrival), we may cover return shipping costs when applicable.
