Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories/manuals included

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged by improper use or customer mishandling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged on arrival), we may cover return shipping costs when applicable.

Refund Process
