All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays

Address Accuracy

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for missing parcels). Include your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution such as replacement or refund when eligible.

Large Arcade Machines / Oversized Items

Some arcade machines or oversized products may require additional handling time, scheduled delivery, signature confirmation, or special freight shipping. Any special delivery details will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout.
